Dolly-Parton

Dolly Parton escaped the struggles that shaped her life at an early age through her imaginative and creative imagination. Her songs were written before she knew how to write or read. In the year she turned 8years old, she purchased her first electric guitar. She started singing at the Knoxville Tenn Radio Station. The same the year that Gold Band Records was a small independent record label. In high school she made herself known to the local community, however her goals were bigger. On the 14th of March, 1964, following her graduation from high-school, she relocated to Nashville. Dumb Blonde (1967) and Something Fishy (1968) were her first two charting albums from Monument Records. Porter Wagoner began looking for women to sing for his syndicated television program at about the exact time. Parton joined Grand Ole Opry 1969 after signing in 1969 with RCA Records. But she resigned from the show in 1974, as her own albums like Joshua Coat of Many Colors and Jolene had begun charting their collaborative efforts. Parton, after the split of their collaboration with Wagoner, wrote"I'll Always Be Loved" by You and saw it climb to the top spot at No. For the first time, in 1974.
