Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles as he is known in the world of pop music is an British musician and singer. Harry Styles belongs to the group One Direction. His parents include Des Styles and Anne Cox. Harry Styles was born on 1st February, 1994, in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school, where, with three other students, he formed his own group of musicians, called White Eskimo. They took home the Battle of Bands in 2009 with their amazing performances. Although he has always been interested in the arts, he interested in becoming an lawyer or physical therapist. To support the needs of his children, he worked some time at a baker's shop. Harry Styles, in 2010 was a contestant on The X Factor. His single Is not She Lovely was recorded by Stevie Wonder. His group was compelled to split up because of the fact that they were selected. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he join of a brand new group, One Direction. The other group members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to form the band in 2010. The group performed hits such as My Life Would Suffer Without You which was written by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the competition. They were one of the candidates for the award. They were in third spot after Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle which won. Harry Styles was not the winner, but Cowell had paid two million pounds as part of a deal for One Direction.
